CanlıDostum — Account and Data Deletion

Summary: You can delete your account from inside the app (Settings → Account → Delete My Account) or via the web form below. Your account and all associated personal data (pet profiles, health records, PatiBot conversations, photos) are deleted immediately and permanently; the action cannot be undone.

01 Deleting from Inside the App (Recommended)

The fastest method is to sign in to your account and start the deletion directly from the app:

Open the CanlıDostum app and sign in to your account.

From the Profile tab, go to Settings → Account.

Tap Delete My Account.

Verify your identity and confirm the action. Your account and all your data are then marked for permanent deletion.

Deletion Request via the Web

If you cannot access the app, you can create a deletion request by filling in the form below. Your request is sent to our registered support email address; the process begins after identity verification.

Your request is ready

Your email app has opened with the details you entered. Please send the email to complete your request. Once received, it is answered within 30 days at the latest.

02 Which Data Is Deleted?

Once your account deletion request is confirmed, the following data is permanently deleted from our systems or irreversibly anonymised:

Purchase / invoice records	Not held by us — kept by Google Play and our payment verification provider

03 Retention and Timeframes

Processing time: When you delete your account, your records and photos are deleted immediately and permanently; the action cannot be undone.
Backups: Deleted data falls out of server backups within 90 days at the latest.
Purchase records: We do not hold your purchase or invoice records; these are kept by Google Play and our payment verification provider for their own retention periods.
Subscription: If you have an active Google Play subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it automatically. You must cancel your subscription separately via Google Play → Subscriptions.
